Are you ready to inspire the next generation of rail professionals? We’re looking for a dedicated Rail Trainer to bring industry expertise and enthusiasm to an FE College in Mansfield.

Salary: ?30,717 (spot salary)

Market Allowance: Up to ?32,500

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

• A Level 3 rail or engineering qualification (or equivalent)

• A desire to gain your Assessor and teaching qualifications

• A friendly, supportive communication style

• A team‑oriented mindset

• A flexible, professional approach to teaching

• FE teaching experience or strong, current rail industry experience

• Confidence working with learners of all ages and abilities
